JOB POSITION

Job Title: TIBCO  Admin

Location: Phoenix AZ

Job Type : 12+ months Contract 

Mode of Interview: Skype/Web-Video

Client : Cognizant

 

Role – Application support, Admin support and minor enhancements

 

Job Description :

·         Vast knowledge in TIBCO/Mulesoft integration services. Experience in TIBCO BW and Knowledge on XML Integration into TIBCO business layers (Mulesoft is a desired skills since the resource has to support both. He should have some knowledge.)

·         Working experience with TIBCO Administrator & business works
Completion of assigned tasks in one or more of the following activities: troubleshooting, analysis, fulfilment, change planning and change execution

·         Evaluation of logs and resolution of low to moderately complex incidents, and coordinating the escalation of more complex incidents

·         Should be able to support On-call support for weekend and weekdays

·         Reviewing and supporting technical components for complex applications, monitoring high utilization of infrastructure components

·         Effective communication with peers,  project managers, and other technology teams
Analyze information systems processes and monitor key performance metrics; create standard performance reports

·         Monitor and evaluate availability and response times, identify variances between hardware and software technology components and security agreements

·         General support of a fully integrated, highly available environment
Ability to handle and drive production issues independently. Knowledge in IT service management procedures, proficient in handling incident, problem and change management procedures.

·         Sound debugging skills and its related tools.

·         Effectively mentor and guide the team in handling all incident and problems. 

·         Should be a highly organized individual and ability to do multitasking.

·         Manage core production support activities and guiding development teams whenever required. Should possess good communication & leadership skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders both from partner and customer
