Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating conversations with real estate businesses to learn about potential partnership opportunities. From there, you will utilize product knowledge to share a competitive solution to address the company’s needs.

Training, uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth come standard, along with the ability to work from home. You will be provided with company generated inbound leads as they are available, and verified contact lists for your own prospecting.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

This is a commission-only contract position to start, with the potential to earn a base salary plus commissions with consistent performance. Additional growth opportunities and bonuses are rewarded to top performers.

What You Will Do

Full sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, and outbound calling on new sales opportunities
Research and evaluate businesses to identify decision makers and understand client needs
Follow up with inbound leads as they are assigned
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
Communicate value of digital marketing products to business owners over the phone and through online presentations
Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently drive sales to close
Build rapport with clients through friendly, engaging communication

What We’re Looking For

Proactivity, ownership, confidence and motivation to grow
Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the real estate, marketing and/or technology fields
Strong phone presence, listening ability, and presentation skills
Experience making dozens of calls and sending several emails per day
Solid understanding of consultative selling
Great verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Experience working within a CRM and Google Docs
Ability to stay organized, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Must be coachable and have a winning, positive attitude
Must have a fast and reliable internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free place to make calls from
Bachelors degree or similar required
