Come work with one of the fastest growing tech companies in the US. Camp Bueno is an Internet technology company offering an online marketplace for privately hosted RV parking spaces and campsites throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and abroad.

This is an entry-level position. Pay ranges from roughly $12.50 per hour to $50.00 per hour, depending on employee time dedication, level of organization and work efficiency. Camp Bueno helps Agents learn new skills, technologies and increase their work productivity via webcast and 3rd party training. Agents get paid a flat-fee rate for each new user that they recruit and that lists a property at the marketplace. It’s fun, financially rewarding and perfectly suited to people who need flexible, part-time employment. This job is preparatory to the Agent Level-2 , part/full-time position.

The Remote Work Referral Agent job is to:
Identify individuals and properties that are suitable for RVs to park at.
Recruit private property owners and get their property listed at the marketplace.
List your own parking space at the marketplace (if possible).

This is a fast-paced, flexible, high compensation job, best suited to highly organized, tech-savvy people who love meeting new people, understand basic customer service and sales techniques, and understand travel, outdoor gear, and RV, campervan lifestyle. Recruiting new property owners/hosts can be done on any schedule that the Agent likes.


Agents are part-time independent contractors of Camp Bueno, and are paid on a commission basis, based on the campsites that they onboard to the marketplace.

Commission pay is further described in the Field Agent job description and payment agreement documents, which will be provided to applicants who make it to the final hiring processes.

Responsibilities and Duties
Agents will work remotely and be managed by the central company offices in Arizona.
All work and job functions will be managed using technology provided by Camp Bueno.
Agents will use self-training tools provided by the 3rd party technology providers.
Agents will have monthly minimums for recruiting new campsites.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong social media presence; Regular use of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
100% familiar with use of Google products such as G Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Business products.
Willingness to learn about new technology services such as CRMs, accounting, messaging and promotional/advertising tools.
Some college required. Most degree majors, progress and tenures considered.
